The Grand opening ceremony of Sông Giang Solarpower Plant

On the morning of May 25, Song Giang Solar Power Joint Stock Company held the grand ceremony of Song Giang Solar Power Plant located in Cam Thinh Dong and Cam Thinh Tay communes, Cam Ranh city. Attending the ceremony were the members of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; leading Vietnam Electricity Group and local departments and agencies. Song Giang solar power plant started construction in November 2018. After 6 months of construction, the plant energized on April 15 and officially operated commercial electricity on 8-5. The project is built on an area of about 60ha with a total investment of nearly VND 1,200 billion. The total capacity of the plant reaches 50MW and the capacity of each battery is 365Wp. Cam Ranh, City Department of Education and Training, leader of Song Giang Solar Power Joint Stock Company visited and giving 30 sets of computers to 2 Cam Thinh Tay 2 and Cam Thanh Nam Primary Schools. Total value of 200 million VND gifts, supported by Song Giang Solar Power Joint Stock Company. Presentation of informatics equipment helps schools have more conditions to access information technology and gradually apply information technology in learning and teaching, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning. So far, 50% of schools have primary school students in the city. Cam Ranh has computers to teach information technology.
